Now be nice….I am just wondering how I can entertain a bored, lonely, sad soldier in iraq. I want to distract him, and make him laugh…any funny videos or emails out there that would help him pass the time?

Show him pictures of Iraqis making money in the US while he is fighting over there for their freedom. That should get him going.

Look up jokes about his branch of the military. Make sure you get some bashing the other branches. That should make him smile. Send him his favorite junk food or his favorite book. Pictures from his family and loved ones too. Get a couple goofy one to send him. Just remember to send him all of your support. He will need it.

Just talk about what is going on in your life. They miss the day to day stuff. From bad traffic to the toilet backing up, you name it.
Just hearing about your life will give him some distraction and a piece of home.
Will also depend on what your relationship to this soldier is and if he has any privacy.

Hey Suzi Cue!! If you do not feel a attraction to him, send care packages, like homemade cookies, funny DVD’s,In the Army now, Local humor from the Newspapers.
